About Francis Bacon:
Francis Bacon was born in January
22, 1561, York House, Strand and died in April 9, 1626, London, United Kingdom.
He was an essayist and philosopher. Francis Bacon claims the title of the
father of modern English prose. Further, he is known as the “Master of Aphorism
and Terseness”. His essays are realistic, virtuous and educative.

According to Bacon’s opinion, here
delight means one’s unique, individual instruction and ornament means to
beautify language in communication and ability means to guide one to
discernment in occupation and connected pursuits.

“Of Studies” deals with the
motivation of studies. It consist of Aphoristic style, Influence of
Renaissance, Machiavellianism, Utilitarian thinking etc. All these make the

“Of Studies” reveal all the attribute of Fancis Bacon’s prose style like beginning, striking, systematic presentation, figure of speech, Latin quotation and its solitary theme.
